We endeavour to process and ship all orders ASAP.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed.

When your order has been shipped you will receive notification with tracking information.

Delivery Times

All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Generally orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. However, during peak times and major disruptions of service our delivery partners can take up to 14 business days to complete delivery.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Where does my order ship from?

Products will be shipped from Hire for Baby Niddrie Site unless otherwise stipulated in the specific order.

Stock Availability

In the event that stock is not available to fulfil your order we will contact you to arrange an alternate product, backorder or refund.

How long should I wait before enquiring about a late or missing domestic parcel delivery?

Some parcel deliveries are being delayed by major COVID-19 disruptions and high volumes of online orders.

Please wait until 15 business days after the expected delivery date before making a late item enquiry.
